Braking bad habits can be done, but if you really havn’t made up your mine; you will feel it’s almost impossible to do;but with a made up mine you can brake bad habits;
To overpower these bad habits, you must focus and say to yourself, you’re not going to give up,no matter what;
when you’re trying to give up a bad habit, sometimes you’ll talk yourself out of it, by saying, ah it isn’t so bad, and you’ll try other approaches;
If you like a challenge you can beat a bad habit;you must tell myself, how bad this habit is,ask yourself, whats it doing for me? and whats it doing against me? There is some dirty bad habits we can have; smoking cigarettes is one them, everytime you think to light up, you tell yourself how bad cigarettes are for you, and those around you; smoking can be expensive and cost you alot of money, but sometimes you think, i can get them cheaper at that store, and you think you’re doing yourself some good; but cigarettes smell like smoke;
thats one reason alone to quit,the smell is bad, it gets on your clothes your hands your breath and gives you shortness of breath,also the stupid feeling you get, after you’ve looked at what you’re doing, and you’ve made your mind up to quit; set some strong goals to quit,start chewing sugarless gum, and start drinking more water,you’ll have an awfully bad taste in your mouth at first, until your taste buds start to clean up;
a hard time to quit is after a cup of coffee, or after a good meal, but keep foucusing!you’ll win and you’ll like living smoke free,the gum will be a big help to you; a clean glass of water will mean so much;your food will taste so much better,also you’ll feel alot better;thats a plus in your life, not a minus;pluses are good;after you quit, you can start counting the pluses;

Men will make mistakes, many times more than one,and man will continue to make mistakes until Jesus comes; the question was asked, how many times should a man forgive another mans mistakes? and the answer was, seven times seventy;
Man is going to make mistakes one by one, but it’s up to us to forgive him, for they are bound to come, When Jesus died on the cross at Calvary he showed us the way to forgive,when he looked up to heaven, and said; Father’ “forgive” them for they know not what they do;and we know what he had just gone threw,before he said it’s finished! and droped his head and died;
When you have read this,and still find it to hard to forgive;just remember, Jesus’ didn’t have to do what he did,but he did! just to show us the way, to go back with him on judgement day;and we must love everyone before we can make it in;If we find that hard to do,continue to pray and prayer will bring you threw;, because prayer will change a thing; wouldn’t it be a blessing to go to Heaven to be with the King?
